TCS was formed in Nov 2009 to provide coaching and mentoring in the areas of relationship building, team building, and emotional intelligence. Through creating courses, TCS evolved into a system of “personal evolution” programs designed to provide participants with solid and simple tools to navigate emotional overwhelm. TCS expanded to a global company in 2011, and while maintaining its current courses – also branched out into training speakers and coaches in the development of their own business models and using simple templates to create courses and
programs for themselves.

In 2015, TCS joined with 3Source Enterprises, and began working with clients in a
group format, creating programs in tandem with the 3Source Team that taught business foundations, relationship development, and emotional intelligence.

In 2017, TCS decided to re-launch some of their most progressive programs for one-
on-one teaching to clients. In addition to their global work with 3Source, TCS is
dedicated to high quality – solo work with individuals.
