At some point in our lives we all face having to stand up to something in a situation of conflict – stand up to something we disagree with on a moral or ethical level.

Doing so in a state of Love and Compassion, without judgment or scorn brings about the most beneficial experience.

Doing so with outrage or anger adds to the impetus of the conflict.

Stand up for the higher good with Love and Honour for all beings – even those we are opposed to. Everyone is doing the best they can with what they have available. Keep your heart filled with light.
